Due to mobility problems my old bathroom was no longer fit for purpose, so, after working out what I wanted, I decided to call into Pandell just to have a look at what was available. From the instant I stepped through the doors I was made to feel welcome by Julie, who was happy for me to wander around looking and trying shower trays for size. The next day Bart came to my house and I explained my ideas, he gave me some brilliant ideas – my “nice” refit became a “great” refit plan. Choosing everything was so easy – the comfort loo and grey radiator are particular highlights. The work was completed to the highest standard exceeding my every expectation , as other reviewers have also commented the lovely fitters left no mess, were on time every day and worked so hard. Am I pleased with the end result? No, I am absolutely over the moon. If you want the best, don’t go anywhere else

Pandell came recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! Bart, Julie and the team recently carried out refurbishments of our main bathroom and en-suite.We are really pleased with both bathrooms – Julie took all of our many requirements for two small spaces into account and made choosing our fittings, tiles and flooring very straightforward. The fitters worked efficiently and were extremely tidy!

I would highly recommend seeking out Pandell Bathrooms, Bart and his fabulous team have recently completed my bathroom refrubishment. What a joy to discover, Julie in the office was so patient as I changed my mind and discussed every single inch of what was to be done, Bart always positive with a smile and a gentle nod ” yes of course” lovely Marta with a cup of tea and a helping hand as I browsed radiators and helped move one to see what it would look like here or there !!The installation week went well, Konrad, Rafal and Michel thank you so much for your hard work and help to bring me my beautiful bathroom 😊

We have recently had our en-suite bathroom and downstairs cloakroom redesigned and fitted with Pandell. 5*We just called into Pandell Bathrooms for a quick look, met by Julie on her day off but she was happy to stay & chat to us. We arranged for Bart to assess our bathroom.We have a very strange shaped bathroom as the eaves compromise being able to fit most standard materials. Bart went through the options that he thought were best for us. We opted for a wet room shower. Bart recommended replacing our boiler to allow us to have the shower I wanted. He was also able to recommend a gas engineer (who also did a fab job!!)Back in the showroom, Julie & Bart helped us to choose the fixtures & fittings. Very knowledgeable about the materials…..Julie also ordered in some different samples of floor tiles so we could make our decision. Nothing was too much trouble.The bathroom was fitted by Konrad & Rafal, they were very efficient. The standard of their work is fantastic, they cleaned up after themselves too.We are soooo pleased with our new bathroom, thank you!I would have no hesitation to recommend Julie, Bart & the team from Pandell Bathrooms in Wellington

We recently purchased our property and wanted to completely rebuild the bathroom with a modern look. Upon visiting Pandell Bathrooms, we were warmly received by Julie, who showed us various types of fittings and booked Bart for a visit to our place the next day. Based on our dimensions, Bart provided excellent suggestions on maximizing the space. Through iterative discussions, we finally agreed on the architecture of our new bathroom.After finalizing the design, we proceeded to select the fittings, including tiling and flooring. Bart was extremely patient, showing us various options until we made our selections. He even included some complimentary fittings, like a mirror. However, the only downside was the wait time; we had to wait five weeks for the work to commence.Our bathroom renovation was carried out by Damian and Radoslaw, who were exceptionally skilled. We were impressed by their work-life balance, starting at 8:30 in the morning and finishing around 2:30 in the afternoon, with a lunch break in between. Despite the limited hours, the quality of their work was outstanding.This ensured that we had our evenings for ourselves.During the renovation, we changed our minds a few times, and they were very patient in accommodating and redoing things to meet our needs. Bart’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process.The entire project took about eight days, and we now have a modern bathroom that suits our taste and is aesthetically pleasing. Bart’s dedication to making his customers happy made the experience happy!! Overall, we are very happy with the work and highly recommend their workmanship.

Great overall experience and service from Bart and the Team at Pandell, we were able to see different options in the showroom, and make informed choices. Bart then came out to survey and assist with his advice on the layout. The installation lead time was good not having to wait for too long at all. The team who came were very excellent very tidy and efficient, every evening everything was left tidy. The installation took 5 Days completely removing the old bathroom back to bare walls, new electrics, walls completely tiled, new bathroom fixtures and fittings installed. No waiting for other trades all completed by the team at Pandell. Excellent service from start to finish.

The welcome we received was second to none .From the moment we walked through the door Julie and Bart guided us through the whole process of choosing the complete bathroom suite and the fitting process .The team Bart sent to remove the old bathroom and replace with new shower and Jaccuzzi were brilliant. Work was of a very high standard , professionally done . Wow, wow, wow what can I say about our fabulous new bathroom designed and fitted by Pandell Bathrooms. Bart designed it perfectly, Julie with her extensive knowledge helped us with choosing fittings, tiles etc., and Rafal and Konrad installed our new bathroom with care and attention to detail, keeping everywhere clean and tidy throughout the fit and going above and beyond to get our new bathroom finished for Christmas. I had my bathroom completely refitted almost 12 months ago by Bart & his team. Their attention to detail is fantastic & Bart was always on hand to answer any queries I had. I was and still am really pleased with the work they did. I would always recommend them. After seeing what a great job they had done, my parents had their bathroom & en-suite fitted out & they love them. Unfortunately I went to have a shower this morning & the water just trickled out & I could not hear the pump kicking in. I text Bart at 16:45 this evening to ask his advice & within an hour he was at my door ( even tho it’s icy & freezing outside!) with a new pump. He fitted straight away & now it’s working again. Brilliant after sales service I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Bart 😀

Amazing service from Bart and his team. We had our downstairs bathroom done a few years ago and have never had any issues. We have then recently had our upstairs bathroom fitted, it looks amazing! The bath seal needed redoing not too long ago and someone was here the next day to sort it. These things happen, but the most important thing was the speedy service to get it sorted. We will definitely be using Pandel Bathrooms again in the future when it comes to having a new kitchen fitted. 10/10 stars!!!

We recently had a new bathroom and fitting through Pandel. Bart and Julie are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped to design the desired look. Their communication is excellent. Bart gave a date for fitting and sure enough they turned up and were professional, staying on the job until completed. We are delighted with the finish, so much so we asked them back to do our downstairs cloak room. This has just been finished, and again, we are really pleased with the room, workmanship and timescale. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with a en – suite refit. Very helpful design and fittings selection. Fitting team were excellent, reliable, trustworthy and made an excellent job in all aspects. Whole project was well co-ordinated with electrician and plumber working alongside fitting team at relevant times. Don’t expect diy store prices, but you get high standard fittings installed to a very high standard, so well worth the money for the end result.

Just had my bathroom refurbished by Pandell bathrooms. From the quote to the final finish Bart and his team have excelled. The smart toilet has been installed smoothly without any issues. The bathroom tiling is a work of art and is flawless. The walk in shower and sink looks like a hotel bathroom.
