Pandell have just completed our new bathroom & en-suite to such a high standard. Highly recommend the whole team, from the first meeting with Bart, discussing reconfiguring our main bathroom, choosing what we wanted to fitting the whole process has gone smoothly. The team of fitters are brilliant. Friendly, efficient & tidied & cleaned every day before they left. We were even happier when Bart told us he’d be able to fit a new sink, toilet & radiator in our downstairs whilst they were here. Nothing is too much for these guys! An absolutely first class service from start to finish. Julie in showroom made sure we got all we wanted ensuring we saw all choices available to us. Bart came to measure up making suggestions of where our vision could be improved as well as keeping in mind our wishes.

Fitting team were first class and to be honest not only great tradesmen but extremely nice and friendly people. Punctual, polite and efficient.

After literally years of half-hearted and unsatisfactory discussion with various bathroom suppliers and fitters, we came across Pandell almost by chance, and have just had them fit a bathroom for us. Bart and Julie patiently took time to agree on the fittings and layout, with recommendations and justifications where we wanted. Bart has much experience from the practical side, while Julie is knowledgeable in sourcing different fittings, with pros and cons. Once settled and a price agreed, installation started within 5 weeks. The fitters were excellent and fast. On the first day there were three in our small bathroom, quickly stripping out the old units. The fitters were endlessly patient with us, ensuring everything, including tile positioning and joins, were to our liking. The whole process took 8 working days, and although there were some teething issues these were all quickly and well sorted. The fitted units were not the cheapest, but the quality of these, made to measure, is excellent.
We are very happy with the result, with no negatives at all, and would recommend Pandell to anyone wanting a start-to-finish bathroom solution.

I went with Pandell for a bathroom refit due to the reviews and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of the job was so well done. Great communication, excellent attention to detail and professional throughout.

Working with Pandell bathrooms has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Our en-suite required a total refit and the team took great care in providing potential options, even recommending a better layout to maximise space, that we hadn’t considered. We were invited to the showroom to go through finish options and walk through costs and although we have received quotes from numerous companies in Telford, Pandell were the most cost-effective and provided by far the best customer service.
The refit couldn’t have gone smoother, the team worked lightning fast and left the area clean and tidy every day, having all work completed within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and would enthusiastically recommend Pandell to anyone interested in giving their bathroom a new lease of life.

Fantastic service from the choosing products in the showroom to planning and fitting, everyone so friendly. Thought it was time to update our 25 year old bathroom so popped in to Pandell Bathrooms to get inspiration. We were so impressed with their helpfulness and friendly attitude that we decided to look no further and let them do the refurbishment. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Due to mobility problems my old bathroom was no longer fit for purpose, so, after working out what I wanted, I decided to call into Pandell just to have a look at what was available. From the instant I stepped through the doors I was made to feel welcome by Julie, who was happy for me to wander around looking and trying shower trays for size. The next day Bart came to my house and I explained my ideas, he gave me some brilliant ideas – my “nice” refit became a “great” refit plan. Choosing everything was so easy – the comfort loo and grey radiator are particular highlights. The work was completed to the highest standard exceeding my every expectation , as other reviewers have also commented the lovely fitters left no mess, were on time every day and worked so hard. Am I pleased with the end result? No, I am absolutely over the moon. If you want the best, don’t go anywhere else

What a joy to discover, Julie in the office was so patient as I changed my mind and discussed every single inch of what was to be done, Bart always positive with a smile and a gentle nod ” yes of course” lovely Marta with a cup of tea and a helping hand as I browsed radiators and helped move one to see what it would look like here or there !!

We have recently had our en-suite bathroom and downstairs cloakroom redesigned and fitted with Pandell. Bart and his team have been excellent throughout and we are so pleased with the finished result.

We have a very strange shaped bathroom as the eaves compromise being able to fit most standard materials. Bart went through the options that he thought were best for us. We opted for a wet room shower. Bart recommended replacing our boiler to allow us to have the shower I wanted. He was also able to recommend a gas engineer (who also did a fab job!!)
Back in the showroom, Julie & Bart helped us to choose the fixtures & fittings. Very knowledgeable about the materials…..Julie also ordered in some different samples of floor tiles so we could make our decision. Nothing was too much trouble.
The bathroom was fitted by Konrad & Rafal, they were very efficient. The standard of their work is fantastic, they cleaned up after themselves too.
We are soooo pleased with our new bathroom, thank you!

Upon visiting Pandell Bathrooms, we were warmly received by Julie, who showed us various types of fittings and booked Bart for a visit to our place the next day. Great overall experience and service from Bart and the Team at Pandell, we were able to see different options in the showroom, and make informed choices. Bart then came out to survey and assist with his advice on the layout. The installation lead time was good not having to wait for too long at all. The team who came were very excellent very tidy and efficient, every evening everything was left tidy. The installation took 5 Days completely removing the old bathroom back to bare walls, new electrics, walls completely tiled, new bathroom fixtures and fittings installed. No waiting for other trades all completed by the team at Pandell. Excellent service from start to finish.

Wow, wow, wow what can I say about our fabulous new bathroom designed and fitted by Pandell Bathrooms. Bart designed it perfectly, Julie with her extensive knowledge helped us with choosing fittings, tiles etc., and Rafal and Konrad installed our new bathroom with care and attention to detail, keeping everywhere clean and tidy throughout the fit and going above and beyond to get our new bathroom finished for Christmas. I had my bathroom completely refitted almost 12 months ago by Bart & his team. Their attention to detail is fantastic & Bart was always on hand to answer any queries I had. I was and still am really pleased with the work they did. I would always recommend them. After seeing what a great job they had done, my parents had their bathroom & en-suite fitted out & they love them. Unfortunately I went to have a shower this morning & the water just trickled out & I could not hear the pump kicking in. I text Bart at 16:45 this evening to ask his advice & within an hour he was at my door ( even tho it’s icy & freezing outside!) with a new pump. He fitted straight away & now it’s working again. Brilliant after sales service I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Bart 😀

Amazing service from Bart and his team. We had our downstairs bathroom done a few years ago and have never had any issues. We have then recently had our upstairs bathroom fitted, it looks amazing! The bath seal needed redoing not too long ago and someone was here the next day to sort it. These things happen, but the most important thing was the speedy service to get it sorted. We will definitely be using Pandel Bathrooms again in the future when it comes to having a new kitchen fitted. 10/10 stars!!!

Complete bathroom replacement. The quality is excellent, the lads were very professional, helpful, hardworking and punctual. So pleased we called in the shop and Julie was very helpful and patient. Would use Bart and team again.

Right from the start of our visit to the showroom Julie was so friendly and helpful as was Bart . The fitters were very respectful and tidy workers. They made a excellent job of refurbishing our bathroom .

We recently had a new bathroom and fitting through Pandel. Bart and Julie are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped to design the desired look. Their communication is excellent. Bart gave a date for fitting and sure enough they turned up and were professional, staying on the job until completed. We are delighted with the finish, so much so we asked them back to do our downstairs cloak room. This has just been finished, and again, we are really pleased with the room, workmanship and timescale. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with a en – suite refit. Very helpful design and fittings selection. Fitting team were excellent, reliable, trustworthy and made an excellent job in all aspects. Whole project was well co-ordinated with electrician and plumber working alongside fitting team at relevant times. Don’t expect diy store prices, but you get high standard fittings installed to a very high standard, so well worth the money for the end result.

Bathroom guys arrived promptly every day and worked non stop all day. Their attention to detail is outstanding Extremely tidy and nothing was too much trouble.

Just had my bathroom refurbished by Pandell bathrooms. From the quote to the final finish Bart and his team have excelled. The smart toilet has been installed smoothly without any issues. The bathroom tiling is a work of art and is flawless. The walk in shower and sink looks like a hotel bathroom. The fitters were polite and respectful and worked hard to get the job completed on time.

The work itself took 7 days and was completed to a high standard.
The bathroom furniture was expensive but that’s the cost of quality.
